Diocesan Events

From Bishop David:

You may recall that back in 2020 we had planned a series of diocesan events between Ascension Thursday and Pentecost Sunday which were forced online due to the Covid 19 pandemic. This year we will revisit that plan.

The General Synod of the Church of Ireland this year will be held in the Armagh City Hotel and takes place on the two days following Ascension Thursday, on 10th and 11th May. Then from Sunday 12th – Sunday 19th May, we will have eight Diocesan evening events focussing on areas of Christian living, Christian discipleship and church life that are central to church growth and to the church effectively making disciples for Christ.

The eight-evening series is entitled “Grow” because that is the focus – and the themes are as follows:

Events at Willowfield Parish Chutch 149 My Lady’s Road, Belfast BT6 8FE
